Meet Our Manager of Accounting Solutions Kim Kelly Klein
Kim started her career in staffing over 13 years ago and has worn several hats over those years; mostly management and selling. She’s overseen multiple branches consisting of teams with a wide variety of staffing solutions as well as maintained her own book of business by building long-term relationships with many local accounting/finance professionals.
Kim understands that staffing is more than just matching skills to a job description and sending resumes. It’s truly about really listening to your clients’ tactical needs and those ‘intangible’ skills, often not found on a resume, to ensure a great ‘fit’ in addition to becoming a true, visionary career partner for candidates as they move throughout their professional careers.
Kim believes herself to be more than just a 'sales rep’ and considers herself a true business partner. An experienced professional when it comes to partnering with clients in order to understand complex talent and project needs to provide solutions for successful outcomes.
Fun Fact: Scott Foley, Doherty's Vice President of Career Solutions, was her first boss in staffing and is the reason she stayed in the business!
Kim has a competitive spirit, as she’s played several sports and was on Fox Sports West in CA for a few football seasons. When Kim is not at work, you will probably find her at a Vikings game or at some joint around town where there’s cool live music playing, as she also sang with a band on the Jersey Shore some years ago. She has two kids, Quincie and Carter, and collectively they competitively swim, play AAA Travel Baseball and tackle football. She loves to attend all their practices, games and meets and helps out on the football field - especially since she used to play herself.
