The Onsite Manager assumes responsibility for these hassles, freeing up your time.

Streamline Recruiting
Interviewing and screening applicants will take place at your facility. The Onsite Manager will tour employees to familiarize them with key areas. During peak times, a backup recruiter may be onsite for additional support.

Improve Productivity
The Onsite Manager verifies contract workers are on the job and working at the appointed time. In addition, he or she stays visible and accessible to manage productivity and respond to the needs of your supervisors.

Reclaim Time
Preparing attendance reports, scheduling employees, distributing paychecks, verifying timecards - these activities are “time stealers” for your staff. Our Onsite Manager assumes responsibility for administrative functions like these, freeing up your employees to concentrate on more productive activities.

Communication
We offer our onsite clients the opportunity to participate in a Quarterly Performance Review to establish goals and review action items. Together we analyze the needs, successes and challenges of the onsite partnership to establish enhancements and a path to continued success.
