Onsite Partnership
For high volume staffing users, the primary benefit of an onsite partnership is freedom. Not surprisingly, there can be time-consuming administrative headaches coordinating dozens, or even hundreds, of contract employees. The Onsite Manager assumes responsibility for these hassles, freeing up your time.
Streamline Recruiting
Interviewing and screening applicants will take place at your facility. The Onsite Manager will tour employees to familiarize them with key areas. During peak times, a backup recruiter may be onsite for additional support.
Improve Productivity
The Onsite Manager verifies contract workers are on the job and working at the appointed time. In addition, he or she stays visible and accessible to manage productivity and respond to the needs of your supervisors.
Reclaim Time
Preparing attendance reports, scheduling employees, distributing paychecks, verifying timecards - these activities are “time stealers” for your staff.
